I only get to ask the Bar Guy FIVE questions…which isn’t a lot.
Because I have to choose so carefully, here’s my current version of Question 5 —
Keep in mind — the Bar Guy can’t simply invent stuff out of thin air. He can CLAIM I lied. Proving that claim takes admissible evidence, not online conspiracy theories.
The Bar Guy made a serious accusation — that I lied about Mata using ex parte evidence to support the finding about PP’s business hours. But neither Mata, nor the Bar Guy, has ever explained where this finding came from….if not from ex parte evidence.
That’s FINALLY about to change.
When I serve this stuff today, the Bar Guy will have to answer this question. And “I don’t know” isn’t one of the available responses.
