It’s 5:00 PM on Friday, February 20th. Since many people have asked, let me just say this:
- No ruling has been received yet.
- When the ruling is received, I’ll immediately post it here. If you check this page and DON’T see a link, that means I haven’t gotten the ruling. And the court MIGHT take until Monday, which is fine.
- I may hold my nose and post it on Twitter…but you know how much I despise Twitter, so maybe not. Probably not.
- Until I see the ruling, I’m not going to make any comments, and I may not comment even after I see it. As always, I DO have a lot to say, but I’m really, really, really, really, really trying to speak less…at least in this format.

P.S. I forgot to mention that minute entry orders are normally sent out by the system around 2 AM. So while the judge could have emailed a decision directly to us (which wouldn’t typically happen) it is possible she made a ruling today and it won’t be sent out until the middle of the night.
