Bar Complaint #16 – Andrejev v. Gingras

Had a nice week in California with my dad last week, celebrating his 84th birthday….enjoying 65F weather every day. Walking on the beach every day. Remembering California is my home state. Ahh….a breath of cool, fresh air….

Back temporarily here in hell Arizona, today I get a letter from Jim Lee — letting me know he was dismissing Complaint #26-1181: Dismissal Letter.

One small problem — what is Complaint #26-1181? Never heard of that…and it’s got a 2026 case number, so it’s nothing related to my pending war. More Mata shenanigans? Maybe her dad?

Left in the dark, I asked for a copy. This is what I got: https://gingraslaw.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/State-Bar-Complaint-PDF.pdf

Are we REALLY still doing this? So much for that apology video…

LOOK – YOU WIN. I’m leaving AZ. I am done with the AZ bar. I’m very much looking forward to the day when I can change my LinkedIn profile to say: “Former AZ Lawyer”….although given how broken and corrupt the AZ bar is, I’m not sure I want to admit any past association with the group.

Anyway, I normally wouldn’t give JFC free content. The last thing we need is another 3+ hour Ultra-Noisy Ducky Taliban hostage video talking about how desperately lonely she is her deep legal insight & analysis.

But since Rob’s complaint has already been tossed, I don’t see there is much for Ducky to cover. I doubt that will stop her from doing a 12+ hour live stream/GoFundMe telethon where she reads every nonsensical thing in here, while stopping after every line to grunt:”Hmmm, yeah, that sounds really bad for Gingras….”

My whining and bitching aside, I pointlessly read Rob’s complaint. I can see why Jim Lee insta-yeeted it.

All Rob is complaining about is that I “helped” Laura….by “working closely with” her, and by “researching things”. FUCK ME! How DARE I do such horrific crimes!

If I had to guess — I *think* Rob is maybe fantasizing about the coming future day when my AZ law license is gone. Without a law license, some of this conduct would be illegal (if it constituted the unlicensed practice of law).

Unfortunately, for now, Rob’s gonna have to wait. I’m still the holder of AZ Bar License #021097. That license allows me to engage in the practice of law…which is pretty much the only stuff Rob is accusing me of doing. And that’s not an ethical problem.

Then again, Jim Lee recently filed something new in my bar case which says, in a nutshell, that he believes the bar judge is free to ignore any/all laws that she disagrees with (such as the anti-SLAPP law which Jim asked the judge to ignore). That is obviously wrong. The bar judge is required to follow every law in this state, whether she agrees with them or not. Compliance is not optional or discretionary.

But if Jim Lee was right, maybe I should adopt the same standard — I can simply ignore every law I don’t like. Then I can practice law without a license, because that’s what happens when we toss the rule of law out the window.
