Folks, just relax.
I have a bunch of new topics I’m planning to blog about (including 3-D printed guns), but I haven’t had time to finish these new posts (yet). Has NOTHING to do with anything on Twitter, and certainly nothing to do with “stunning admissions” which were NOT actually admissions, nor were they stunning.
On the contrary, the main problem is FLORIDA…..because: A.) I am working on a new case there that’s taking a lot of time (you can check PACER for details, if fact-checking important to you), and B.) as you may know, Florida was hit by a major hurricane last week. That created difficulty on my end, because although I am obviously not in Florida, my opposing counsel IS in Florida, and he reported his home was “about to be destroyed for the second time” just before the storm hit. That made it impossible to complete some pre-motion meet-and-confer work we needed to do.
Anyway, for now, please just RELAX. It’s all going to be OKAY…..both in Florida and elsewhere. I’ve also been busy hosting college kids for the last two weekends, so as much as I would LIKE to get back to blogging, and PLAN to get back to blogging, other things have taken priority. Hence, this unfinished placeholder…..
And FYI – tomorrow (10/15/24) I’m giving a presentation on the Communications Decency Act to a fun group of law students in Wyoming. Special thank you to Professor Kipp Coddington for the invite. Looking forward to a spirited debate with lots of thoughtful questions from the students.
