In my haste, I almost forgot to share this: Rob’s Response to My Fee Motion.
I’m not going to comment on this except to say I’ll do a reply next week which I will share when done.
Also, Rob filed a declaration with some financial information. He asked the court to seal that info, which has not been granted yet. And FYI – just because something is “sealed” does NOT mean it can’t be shared publicly. Sealing only affects whether the public can pull something. A sealed record can still be shared, unless the court specifically issues a protective order (which Rob did not ask for).
All that means I COULD technically share the financial info, but I told Rob’s lawyer I would not do that, and I keep my promises. In fact, I redacted some additional stuff from this pleading just as a matter of respect…even thought the person involved hasn’t shown much respect towards me.
