Here. We. Go. 🎢

Okay, it is done….LOTS of filings today.

My anti-SLAPP/Motion for Summary Judgment was filed today….with four other things.

Just minutes before that happened, the bar judge re-issued her decision on Jim Lee’s MJOP (Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings). Congrats Jim on the still-only-partial win for the dark side.

I will share these tomorrow, probably. My niece is here with four friends going to the Bruno Mars concert. I was invited but will only be attending as an Uber driver for the group. Thus, no blogs/videos other than this quick update.

For now, know this – the PDJ’s rulings on legal issues are, to be candid, not really significant. Why? Because rulings by the PDJ are subject to de novo review by the Arizona Supreme Court. That means it doesn’t make any difference what the PDJ says about the law at this stage. Anything she says about the law does not matter for the Supreme Court. They will obviously look at her take on matters of law, but they will decide on their own, from scratch, what the law actually says.

So we are moving forward and I’m happy with work put into these things by my friend Marc Randazza (he has entered the chat by appearing on my behalf).

I consider myself very well-versed in this area, but I am a mere altar boy. Randazza is the Pope of all things First Amendment, and together we will part the Red Sea and lead everyone to a safe, dry path where the First Amendment is saved from those who would destroy it.

Speaking of which, Marc is pulling quadruple duty (as always) while he helps me and also fights for other victims of government oppression. See: https://randazza.com/lawsuits/the-lawfare-project-adv-cair/
