The Ivchenko Files – Document Index

This page will be used to host documents related to my allegations of misconduct against Arizona attorney Andrew Ivchenko, and the State Bar of Arizona’s subsequent failure to do anything in response to clear evidence of his criminal conduct. Documents will also be shared regarding the Bar’s failed effort in 2021 to punish me for engaging in 100% lawful conduct.

The volume of documents involved is HUGE. Below is a PARTIAL list. This is NOT complete. I will update this index when I’m done.

Case 1 – Renee Ivchenko v. Kyle David Grant, et al.,
Maricopa County Superior Court Case No. CV2019-090493

5/19/2019 – Complaint
5/29/2019 – Notice of Removal
5/30/2019 – Notice of Voluntary Dismissal

NOTE: The Complaint contains multiple statements Andrew Ivchenko knew were 100% false at the time he signed the Complaint. Specifically, he knew his wife WAS charged with a FELONY (assault on a police officer). He was personally present when the assault occurred, and he knew she signed a statement ADMITTING SHE WAS GUILTY OF THE CRIME SHE WAS CHARGED WITH. Mr. Ivchenko also knew his wife committed additional crimes including making false statements to law enforcement. He knew nothing posted about his wife was false. He simply lied about this in an effort to cover up his wife’s conduct.

The State Bar of Arizona was informed of Mr. Ivchenko’s actions and decided they warranted NO discipline. Not even an investigation.

Mr. Ivchenko was also a witness to his wife’s crimes; he is specifically listed as a victim/witness in the police report.

BAR COMPLAINT – Gingras v. Ivchenko
5/7/2020 – Complaint
5/28/2020 – Dismissal Letter

“The State Bar has no authority to investigate criminal activity.” — OH REALLY? Nice to know!

Wanna see a letter where the AZ Bar (Jim Lee) said exactly the opposite? Just scroll down.

Looks like the AZ Bar has the same “gold standards” as someone else.

I get the fact that the bar can make its own rules. What it cannot do, however, is arbitrarily make one set of rules for some people, while making different rules for others.

That is exactly what the Bar has done, and is doing. It’s illegal. It’s unethical. And it’s hurting the same people the Bar falsely claims to be protecting.

No one cares. Your incessant need for attention is sad, and you’ve made it clear that the Arizona Bar Association is finally doing something about your grossly unprofessional behavior.

    1. David Gingras

If you don’t care, why are you here? And if you don’t care about government corruption, that’s just sad. I hope you have a better day, Greg.

      1. Melinda

Not Greg; that bit is old. Of course, I care about government corruption – but this isn’t it. The Arizona Bar is finally doing something about your unethical behavior, and you’re reacting with a full-blown temper tantrum.

        1. David Gingras

You are welcome to express your opinions. If I violated a rule, I will be punished. That is not the point.

The point is the bar is not applying the rules with an even hand. They ignore lawyers who break the rules and cause serious harm. That is not my opinion. It is a fact. And if you care about ethics (which I absolutely do) that should be wholly unacceptable to you.

That it doesn’t bother you speaks louder than anything else I can say.

  2. Melinda

I care deeply about ethics, which is why I think you deserve to be punished by the Bar. Your conduct representing LO was egregious on many levels. That is not opinion, it is fact. My family is full of attorneys, and I have never seen conduct like yours. You were disrespectful, made disturbing, inappropriate comments about many people – Dave Neal, Gregg Woodnick, Judge Mata, Mike Marraccini, Greg Gillespie, Omar Serrato, Rachel Juarez; the list is quite long. Some of those comments included their families and children. You can dislike any of them as much as you want privately, but as an officer of the court, professionalism is required. I understand that everyone is entitled to due process and the protection of their constitutional rights, but by continuing to give LO a platform for her lies and fraud, you basically helped pave the way for her 14-count felony indictment. In all honesty, you are the one attorney she should file a bar complaint against.

Hopefully, you take responsibility for your actions and get help.

    1. David Gingras

If you care deeply about ethics, then we have something in common. Let’s see how deep that goes — if I give you 100% clear, rock solid proof that Woodnick lied to the court, would you file a bar complaint against him? I am NOT talking about a minor misstatement (we all make mistakes from time to time). I am talking about Woodnick saying specific facts to the court which he knew to be false at the time he said it.

If you care deeply about ethics, I assume you agree ALL unethical conduct should be punished, not just when it’s someone you don’t like. I’d really like to hear your position on this….and if you affirm that you WOULD report Woodnick if I have the proof, I will give it to you immediately (been meaning to do this anyway, but obviously haven’t had time….and my faith in the AZ Bar doing the right thing is basically zero, so…)

How is your divorce going? Do you feel like this old case is a distraction from real problems in your life? How is discussing this old case helping you? It appears the bar is about to come down on you and you’re trying to rationalize your bad behavior. Find a mirror and hopefully don’t do drugs off of it.

You should get back to your YouTube channel, this would be great content , to have you explain what all this means, for the non lawyers..

    1. Ellie

Agreed! VERY interesting stuff. I think you’d get TONS of views and lots of traffic on related content. It’s always been said that you’re not too bad at being a YouTuber – you’ve got the right charisma, etc., and you being willing to talk on topics most other attorneys won’t gives you an edge. If it’s true that you’re going to be done practicing law by the end of the year (or whenever), this could be a good, if not great (and possibly therapeutic) outlet for you. I think you’re even on the monitization level now (yes, we know you hate that $hit) so it could become a paying hobby.
Some years ago I think there was a channel called “Attorneys Behaving Badly”. They didn’t go far with it to my recollection, so start one. But don’t restrict it to just Attorneys. Expose the darkness in all areas. People outside the legal realm never get this kind of insight. You could call your channel “Bars ⚖️ Behaving Badly” (I give you permission to use that title 😊). By using “Bars” instead of Attorneys, or Courts, or Judges… “Bars” could encompass the whole legal field since they’re the governing body (I’m not a lawyer so not 100% sure I’m right on that).
I hope you seriously consider it. I think you and it would be a great success. Seriously.

  9. FedUp

Why does this attorney not understand the concept of transparency? What a waste of court resources. I don’t understand how and why this attorney is allowed to continue the BS. Why was this attorney not sanctioned for blatant fraud upon the court. He knowingly made false statements. She was arrested, she was charged, she said she was guilty.
Pretty cut and dry. Public records. He’s just embarrassed and doesn’t want anyone to know about his wife. He’s the one bringing more attention to her arrest.
